1 Introduction

• You must register only one account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account suspension.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep that information updated. Submitting false identity information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one account on jya88. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password chosen by the player. jya88 may, at its sole discretion, require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of account use. Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials at all times.

• Players must not share their account login credentials with any third party. jya88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their credentials.
• jya88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification) from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
• Players must notify jya88 immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised access to or suspicious activity on their account. Contact support at [email protected] without delay in such circumstances.
• jya88 reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected, pending investigation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jya88 complies with all applicable local laws. jya88 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. It is the player's responsibility to determine the legality of accessing online gaming services from their location.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting jya88 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not waive any outstanding obligations, including pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jya88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jya88 supports the following payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit on standard payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by jya88's payment processing system. jya88 accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's payment provider or network operator.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. jya88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• jya88 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC identity verification. Players are advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when submitting withdrawal requests.
• Funds deposited by a player for the purpose of genuine gaming activity will be returned to that player upon account closure, subject to deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees and the settlement of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction through a payment provider after it has been credited to a jya88 account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jya88 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms. Players are advised to read the specific offer terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be specified in the offer's dedicated terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement pathway. Bonuses credited to a player's account may not be transferred to another player's account under any circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jya88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Any transactions suspected to be connected to money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household) for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion would confer an unfair advantage, including but not limited to poker variants and live dealer games.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity documents or personal information to jya88 at any stage of account registration, verification, or operation.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including persons under 21 years of age.

8 Responsible Gaming

jya88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognise that while the majority of players engage with jya88 as entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling habits. jya88 provides the following responsible gaming tools and encourages all players to use them proactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time by contacting jya88 support. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect.
• Time-Out: Players who wish to take a short break from gaming may request a time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the player's account remains open but no deposits or bets may be placed. Time-outs may be requested by contacting [email protected].

All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of jya88.

The jya88 brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of jya88. Unauthorised use of these marks — including using them in any advertising, social media profile, or third-party website without explicit written permission — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jya88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of whether jya88 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

jya88 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical outages, scheduled maintenance, and connectivity issues beyond jya88's reasonable control may affect platform availability without liability on jya88's part.

11 Suspension & Termination

jya88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game rules where technically possible, and any genuine player funds remaining in the account (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player.

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• The player fails to complete satisfactory identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period after being requested to do so by jya88.
• jya88 is required to do so under applicable law, a court order, or a direction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player requests voluntary account closure, subject to the settlement of any outstanding obligations including active bonus wagering requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jya88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jya88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account. The updated Terms will be published on the jya88 website and will display the date of last revision.

Continued use of the jya88 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
